At the start of the COVID-19 crisis, Mission Partners committed to deliver an initial $50,000 in resources to Black- and women-led organizations, acknowledging the systemic injustices that contributed to Black and women-led organizations being among the most negatively impacted during the pandemic.

By mid-2020, we had far exceeded that commitment and realized there was more we could do in service of our mission, ultimately expanding our commitment to invest $2.5M in Black- and women-led organizations by the end of 2025. By the end of 2025, we had surpassed our goal, distributing a total of $2.8M in funds and resources across skills-based pro bono, donations to values-aligned nonprofits, investments in partners and vendors, and our signature Social Entrepreneur in Residence program.
