The Mission Partners’ Social Entrepreneur in Residence is an 18-month executive-level program designed to shift capital to Black-led communications firms.

In 2024, Ryan Pintado-Vertner, founder of Chicago-based Smoketown completed his term as Mission Partners’ first Social Entrepreneur in Residence, and in 2025 we welcomed our now-current Social Entrepreneur in Residence Dianne Myles, founder of Denver-based Human-Focused Media.
