Our Steadfast Commitment

Mission Partners’ 2025 Social Impact Report

Dear Friends,

As we release this 2025 Social Impact Report—our eighth such report since becoming a B Corp in 2018—I am reflecting on what it means to remain steady in unsteady times. Although much changed in 2025, including many things we could not control or predict, our steadfast commitment to purpose never wavered.

The social, political, and environmental events of 2025 required many of us to do the nearly impossible: to meet rising demands, navigate shifting policies, make sense of the nonsensical, and respond repeatedly to urgent calls for support, all while holding true to the missions we set out to advance.

In 2025, we set out to be your partners through the uncertainty, showing up with care, courage, and clarity. We kept our eyes on what was possible, and our feet moving forward—especially when forward wasn’t easy.

I often say that communication is one of the most powerful tools to advance social change. This past year reminded us that communication is not only what we say—it’s what we prioritize, what we stand for, and what we commit to doing, consistently, even when the path is uncertain.

That commitment to consistency: in our mission, our values, and in each one of you, is the heart of this year's Social Impact Report.

Our "Steadfast Commitment" is not just a theme for this annual report. It is our way of operating—rooted in the belief that business can be a force for good, and that the most meaningful impact is built through long-term investment, principled action, and genuine partnership. A steadfast commitment means we don’t just support organizations or causes when they’re trending; we support them when they’re being put to the test.

This report offers a window into what our steadfast commitment looks like in practice:

  • The work we did in partnership with mission-driven organizations over the past 12 months;

  • The ways we leveraged our small business to create meaningful impact beyond the bottom line;

  • And the progress we made toward being the kind of "mission partner" that these times require.

We are proud of what we accomplished this year, and even more proud of how we accomplished it: by showing up with integrity, anchored to our purpose, and holding tight to the belief that even in difficult seasons, progress is always possible.

In Service,

Our Impact

At Mission Partners, we work with organizations that can say, “what we do, we do for the good of others.”  We work alongside mission-driven, community-centered, and impact-oriented leaders to help navigate opportunities and challenges. And we are often called in at mission-critical moments as strategic advisors, trusted teachers, and can-do communicators to help make the most of those moments.

In 2025, we partnered with 33 social impact organizations across the United States, and we helped advance some of the most pressing issues of our time, such as expanding access to local news, sharing critical information about public health, strengthening our democracy, alleviating hunger, expanding access to quality homes, and addressing mental health through sports.

Our work resulted in bold new strategic plans, compelling new brands, dozens of new resources and reports, and more than 100 newly trained leaders, with significant investments made to our client’s missions as a result of our collective strategy and communications efforts.

A Steadfast Commitment to Progress

Here at Mission Partners, we're true to our name. We believe mission-moving impact is always possible even in pressurized times.

As colleagues and friends, we work together, challenge each other, and inspire each other to go beyond what we believe is possible in service of our own mission and of yours. In 2025, we collectively delivered more than 200 pro bono service hours across 16 client and community projects, spread across our key issue areas of democracy and civic engagement, public health, sustainable communities, education and technology, and the arts.

Recognizing the increased need for strategic planning, communications, and crisis support services in 2025, we expanded our pro bono service program, providing each full-time employee with additional company-paid time to contribute to issues and causes that mattered to them personally, combined with personal equating to an additional $50,000 in added value for our community.
